Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. They didn't make me feel like I was obligated to just toss money at my phone to try and fix it. Very clearly explained my options, and what they would be doing in my shoes and helped me understand the warranty process. I was not able to catch the names of the 3 staff members that I had dealt with this afternoon but I am very happy with their friendly nature and representation of Samsung. Thank you.

Professional staff; able to remain calm at all circumstances! A trait key to this profession if not even for our current times. Got my phone in to be serviced - was ready within the same day! However I did discover a scuff - paint faded on the top speakers - which was odd considering the phone is about a month old Although hard to prove who did it (was probably not on there before the service) - they handled the situation professionally The Manager calmly approached me and was able to highlight company's policies and what they can and cannot do - indicating that cosmetic damage won't impact my warranty! Finally after assessing the situation and realizing it was between a hard place and a rock for me - MARCUS the store manager decided to make the executive decision that he would go ahead and get my phone sorted out of which I had got for my dad - yet to pick it up but I'm sure it will make his day! Many thanks to him and the staff for corporations and being great customer ambassadors and a force for good! Way to represent

I am very disappointed both with Samsung and Home Depo,I bought 4 large appliance's from Home Depo back in October 2020 which is Samsung products ,However i have been having problems with the washing machine ever since it was delivered ,i right away tried to contact Home Depo with no answer due to lock down ,and with been high Risk i avoid going into the stores ,but when no contact was made ,I called sSamsung ,they sent a mechanic which came to the house told me to go back to Home Depo because it appears the machine was dropped and need some large part for fixing ,Went to Home Depo they advise me to call Samsung they are to fix machine because its under manufacture warranty ,i wanted the machine replaced because i thought for a new machine should not be needing so much large parts to be fixed ,they refused to replace machine and said they will order parts for fixing ,they came and fix the machine and still not working ..they are ordering part again still refused to replace ,i would recommend do not buy any large appliances from home Depo or Samsung appliances customer service horrible ,still unable to use machine they order another part again which they are still waiting on ,you would think after all the money i spent they would have provided better customer service and to think i also have Samsung tv and phone also purchase around the same time ..my friends are telling me i should never buy Samsung again ,very disappointing

Amazing staff ..they are very helpfull and fix my fone within hour....Great service
The employees were very respectful, the location did an excellent job keeping safe as well during covid. Sanitizing the phone before and after the repair. No one is able to linger in the space either, in for the appointment, drop off and go.
