I bought a home from Sam with Samlan Homes earlier this year and I must say the service, care and pride he has for his customers is amazing. He took care of my family and I from start to delivery of the house. The house is amazing. All the staff at Samlan are pleasant and enjoyable to deal with. From A to Z like amazon claims. He helped me deal with the Town, knew exactly what permits I needed. We just bought a house with Sam, and let me tell you he had a very outgoing vibe. He always came with a smile on his face and cracking up jokes making our experience way better then what we have had with some other companies... would recommended his services to everyone!! I experienced great service and bought a really nice home from Samlan Homes. And the price was unbeatable, I did shop and compare and for the quality of the home and the price, this was the place to buy from. Samlan Homes had a lovely display and also the sales person is super knowledgeable on the setup and delivery of my home. I do recommend Samlan Homes to everyone looking to buy because I shopped everywhere else and spoke to a lot of other sales people and Samlan was my place of choice.
