Had to courier a package (it had to be sent Purolator). I have a mask exemption, and politely told the clerk I have a doctors note. All of this after she pounced on me for not having a mask on. That wasn't good enough, the visibly frustrated woman, told me to go wait outside and she would come see me when she was free. After waiting outside for a few minutes, she came out handed me an envelope with a waybill and told me to fill out the information outside. Being treated like a leper despite doing everything by the law. I will never step foot in that establishment again. I would give zero stars if it was possible

My mom deals with this store on an ongoing basis and they are helpful. The clerk spent time showing my mom the cause of a potential problem. And wow, famous person in the midst, their graphic designer, Justin Maas, now has a book out. What an amazing artist.

The absolutely worst business in Salmon Arm, bar none. Can't even believe they're still in business, given all of the stories from numerous people who have all had negative experiences. From 20 years ago when the lamp my husband bought there failed within a week, but they refused to back up their product...to our VERY pregnant (9 months) friend who asked for help from the staff when she tried carrying the large box containing her new stroller, but help was refused.....to my daughter who called and ended up in tears, all because they refused to tell her if her parcel was there or not...and twice now they have passed the buck, blaming Purolator for not advising us their parcels have arrived. They told us they would hold our parcel, but they did not and had Purolator return it. They advise that it's up to Purolator to phone people, but they sure have no problem calling to advise they are returning your parcel. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE AND HAVE YOUR PARCELS DELIVERED ANYWHERE ELSE (BALMORAL STORE FOR THOSE OUT THAT WAY).

Sent Purolator parcel back the same day they called to inform about it. Called Purolator, they said that's unusual and shouldn't happen, for Total Office that's the norm apparently

Rude. I've been in here twice in the past year or so for courier service and printer ink. Staff is oddly rude, like they don't want walk-in customers. If they only want business accounts, they should rethink their location. They were quick to get my ink cartridge in but won't go in again simply because I feel like I'm putting them out when I'm there. There are other stores in town.
