The Hygiene staff is excellent - so smooth that I almost fell asleep! Dr. Cottle is very professional and personable. Front end staff is handling this COVID stuff very well and is great to deal with at any time. Great office to go to! Highly recommend

Fall of 2020, I visited Montebello dental clinic as I was assured they could be entrusted with a MINOR repair of a 2,000 dental appliance which had been made by a specialist in Vancouver who is now retired. I was quoted 150 for the repair but dentist Chris Cottle took the liberty of sending it away, and without my permission ordered a complete alteration, resulting in completely compromising the fit, then billed me, a senior on fixed income, 500 another large sum to my provider. Add covid-19, it took 3 months to find someone who would restore accordingly, costing me 1,200 out of pocket, plus out of town travel expenses for a 150 job. This caused me immense emotional and financial grief and frustration beyond words! Although approached, I've not been compensated for his actions. All other professionals I've spoken to can hardly believe a dentist would do such a thing, said it was a money grab. In light of this outlandish experience would not show any star whatsoever for this clinic but google requires one to post this review.
