Great customer service! I have struggled with finding the right fit. Graham asked me a few questions, made some observations and found me the best fit for a more comfortable run. I left feeling confident I made the right choice for me. Now I'm excited for the running clinic I signed up for to improve my overall times this upcoming competition year. Thank you Again Kintec. My experience with Graham and Dawn was excellent. I went to the store, in great pain, to be fitted for custom orthotics (mine were over 18 years old), and to buy new work shoes. Graham was thorough and very helpful, and following his advice and products, I am in no more pain. 10/10would reccomend.

A few weeks ago, I went into Kintec looking for a knee brace because I thought it would help with the knee pain I was experiencing while running. Dawn there was super helpful! She suggested I might not need a brace, just new running shoes, and had me walk back and forth while she observed my gait. I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical, figuring she was just trying to upsell me on a higher priced item, but she was so attentive and seemed very knowledgeable so I went ahead and purchased the shoes she recommended. The next day I went running and the knee pain was still there. I wasn't really that surprised. The next day, however, my knee pain was much less. And it's been that way ever since. I'm now running longer distances and still no pain. Thanks so much Dawn (and Kintec) for the great service and the miracle shoes!

Graham was so kind, thorough, answered all of my questions patiently, and dealt with my issue swiftly. I was in and out in under and hour with a cost-effective solution; no up-selling. What I needed is what I got, and he was on the money. The insoles are helping me a lot. While it's not THE answer (feet get worn out after all), his product has made a big difference and given me a lot of confidence for outdoor pursuits. Thanks Graham.
