I had these people close my pool and they stole my heat pump gaskets (I'm told this is common practice). So I went to see them to purchase a replacement. They sold me (22.95) for washers that don't even come close to what I need. So I went for a refund where they made me wait for 10 minutes (I was the only customer in the store). All this to say, from now on I'm going to club piscine.

I am giving 2 stars because the young man who handles the water testing was excellent, however, overall? 1 Star. I made 4 trips to try and solve our issues. The pool was installed by Trevi, not by us, the previous owner. We explained the problems we were having and followed all the advice given over a month's time. Finally, I sent an email and requested a technician. I was told that it would take a month, bringing us to July. So? We went to Club Piscine, Dorion. Within a week, the technician arrived, diagnosed the problem and we now have a usable pool. Very disappointed. Any further service or if we do go ahead with a hot tub? It will be with Club Piscine.
