HOW BAD of an experience we had. Due to the poor and dangerous condition of the vehicle we had to come home two days early. 1.\tThe Camper had bald front tires. 2.\tThe Truck shakes at 80 Klm. There is definitely an issue with the front end. That's why the tires were bald on the inside edges of the tires. 3.\tThe Camper was extremely dirty, and there was a bag of popcorn left by the previous renters. I would of thought that during these times of a global pandemic, An effort would of been made to deliver a properly cleaned vehicle. We had to work for 3 hours to clean it up before our trip. 4.\tThe Microwave DID NOT WORK. 5.\tThe Test Level Indicator was not functioning properly. Even after dumping our Black Water, it showed 2/3 full and after a short time, all water stopped because the unit thought that the tank was full. 6.\tAll of the exterior locks and latches had not been greased and worked very poorly. I spent several hours repairing and greasing them. 7.\tMost of the hooks that are for hanging the curtain that goes between the cabin and the bedroom were missing. It would not of taken 2 minutes to replace them. This clearly demonstrates the lack of care and maintenance of the vehicle. 8.\tThe gear selector does not always work. 9.\tThe Battery terminals were extremely corroded. There is no way that this should not of been noticed on the inspection. 10.\tWhen I called Cruise Canada with my issues, I was left on hold for ½ hour. 11.\tThe service and safety records are obviously falsified, You are endangering the lives of your clients by sending them out in dangerous vehicles.

We absolutely loved our experience with the staff at Cruise Canada, they were all very friendly and very helpful. The van was great, from inside and out. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time, it drove beautifully and we returned it in perfect condition. Having a generator onboard (7 sleeper) was VERY handy, it meant we were able to stop anywhere and use onboard power if there was no power outlet/s around. The only personal issue we had was with the bedroom's vinyl covered mattress. It seemed great when testing it by pressing down on it with a hand, but when laying down on it for hours and hours, it was very very firm and rather uncomfortable for a good long night's sleep, we felt it couldn't mold itself around us. The thick vinyl surrounding the mattress is obviously for easy cleaning, if necessary, but it sacrificed the comfort and enjoyment of falling to sleep and waking up fresh. We'll definitely hire another one, but we will come more prepared with a mattress topper next time. (* We did notice that the Black Water tank, when fully emptied, still read 2/3 full every time, otherwise everything was in perfect running order).

We have rented a large Motorhome for the period of 8 - 22 August 2020 for 14 nights from Cruise Canada/Montreal. Unfortunately, the whole family were not happy during our trip with the vehicle. After we have received the vehicle, we noticed that the vehicle is pulling right very strong and there was an intolerable gab at the steering wheel, which made the drive very uncomfortable and unsafe. One had to push the opposite direction all the time. As soon as we noticed the issue, we went back to the renting location and conveyed the situation. However, they told us that is normal for such vehicles. They were even worse vehicles! Thus, they left us with no option to continue our trip with this condition. After having driven 3700 KM, my suppose and I had to suffer immense arm pain during and after the trip. Moreover, the vehicle exterior was so dirty, that we had to wash the vehicle. When we asked the employer, why it was so dirty, he said during the high season they were not able to wash all the vehicles. In addition, there were an intensive odor coming from the washroom. We tried our best to eliminate the odor by using appropriate disinfection tablets. However, we had to suffer 10 days from the bad smell. At the end of the trip there were no more odor at all, which shows there were a lack of proper maintenance. We have send a complaining letter to the company, which ultimately did not find echo. In lights of the above-stipulated issues, we were not at all happy with the service of the company Moreover, the fact that our complaint were totality ignored by the company, left us even more annoyed and disappointed. We definitively do not recommend this company .

Rented a 30ft RV with cruise Canada Montreal location. The staff was very helpful. They made us aware of all the extra charges such as propane, generator etc which is pay per use. There were no hidden charges like many other rental companies. The RV included minimum insurance but we opted for the 0 deductible insurance. It came in handy as we had a small accident while backing up Into a tree stump. We called the 1800 number and sent them the pictures. It was a seamless experience. At rental location they didn’t ask too many questions as everything was already in the system. I would definitely recommend cruise Canada to family and friends.

NO HIDDEN CHARGES! Easy booking in person. You get what you’ve charged! Everything was clean, except for the microwave oven. I expected the fuel consumption to be less than it actually was. Customer Service was good. It was my first time and definitely not the last. I would highly recommend Cruise America to anyone. Thank you !
