Went in for an airbag recall. They returned my car without properly reassembling the dashboard. Total clown show. Avoid this place for service of any kind!

Very good Subaru dealer in the Laurentians, excellent pricing, polite staff and open for service on Saturdays. They have a huge number of vehicles in stock. We have been happy customers since 2011.

Had great service over the years (2 new cars purchased) however they have dropped the ball recently. Asked them to inspect a vehicle that was having issues. Got a call a week later telling me to change one piece which i told them to go ahead and fix. After the piece had been changed they told me they had not completed the full inspection and more pieces had to be changed which unfortunately surpassed the value of the car. Knowing this in advance i would not have changed the piece in question. Parts department person (Leaving name out as i don't want anyone dismissed) didn't follow up properly and talks condescending towards clients really disappointed... Got a call the same day from the person in question after he saw this review and he started to straight out lie to me. I told him to admit his lie or i would go see his boss and guess what after putting the words in his mouth he finally admitted it... really unprofessional!
We purchased a new Forester - Demonstrator - in September 2011 from Subaru St. Agathe because of our past satisfaction with its service and its good reputation. Since that time we have had excessive consumption of oil (most recently 2 litres required after only 1500 ks) but Subaru St. Agathe said they could find no discernible problem. The owner has not returned my phone calls. We tried to follow Subaru Canada's recent recommendation to have an oil consumption test at another Subaru dealer but Subaru-Montreal could not do the test because of discernible \OIL LEAK FROM FRONT COVER AND CAME CARRIER TO REPAIR\ . They said they could not do the (expensive) repair under warranty because despite only having 83, 848 Ks the date had recently expired. You may see the reports on the extended warranty cover for this problem given Forester owners of this vintage by Subaru USA in response to their class action lawsuit. UPDATE: AUGUST 2017 Finally, Eric, the owner, ordered certain repairs and had the engine changed last Fall. .Subaru Canada, for its part, still refused to acknowledge the existence of this widely recognized problem. Our Forester now seems to have a new lease on life as after all these years of trouble and expense,, oil consumption is normal.
