I have been insured by Groupe D'Onfrio(Azur) for 20 years or even more! After multiple ignored emails and generally unresponsive service in the past 2-3 years, it prompted me to shop around for new commercial insurance and commercial auto insurance as well. What I found astounded me. I quite easily found an equivalent or better policy for less than 1/2(half) the cost. This represents more than 7000 per year to me and we are a small 3 person operation. I was shocked. Eventually I did receive an acknowledgement to my request to cancel their policy but absolutely no attempt was made to retain my business. This is not how you repay loyal customers.
