A great community gym. A friendly atmosphere and recently refurbished. Now includes virtual classes which is great if you can't get to a class with your timetable. LOVE the Spin classes there!

Great place to work out with or without a personal trainer. Classes are fun and if you want you can sweat it out. It's like a second home. It's a place where everyone knows your name. (If you just give it time).
Amazing workers. Very clean establishment. Not many people are aware but this gym is actually a historical landmark at the heart of the town! It was originally called "The Hudson Racquet Club" and now it"s a popular and advanced gym!
Love the gym , all essentials for a good workout no matter level of fitness.Reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars would be lack of cardio machines. Employees very friendly and always willing to help.
Wayyyyy too expensive. The classes are included in the membership but not everyone wants to partake in the classes. Some people just want to use the gym. It would be nice to have the option to not have the classes included. When competing with gyms like Buzzfit in Vaudreuil, it must be hard to justify a place 1/3 the size at more than triple the price monthly. Most of the people I used to see go here now go to Vaudreuil since most of us drive by there after work/school anyways. If some changes were made to pricing and if the owners got creative, I may return because I do have a few good things to say. The staff was friendly, the environment was cozy and the gym was well-rounded in terms of equipment. It was also not too busy (except for around New Years) which is normal. The upside to that is you don't have to wait to use equipment. Still, not enough for me to pay approx. 50 a month when I could drive 12 minutes away for 12 a month. Nearly 450 in my pocket by the end of the year.
So friendly and feels like a little community in there.
1- too dusty and dirty 2- too expensive 3- people in the surrounding area go to this gym because there is no other gym in the area 4- smelly 5- should be reported for health reasons, the bottom line is that if another cleaner and cheaper gym opens in the area this gym will be out of business in no time!
