The visit is short and to the point, very kind guide and the degustation and tasting was just perfect. Excelence seems the key word for them. If you have never had Iced Cider, this is an amazing experience If you already know it, you will appreciate the view of small trees and try out new flavors and expend your knowledge. Highly recommended.

How you can go wrong with a visit to Domaine Neige. Just their showroom and tasting area is worth a visit. Beautiful throughout, super friendly staff, and activities for everyone.

This is the premiere venue to enjoy Quebec's highly underrated ice wine industry - inside a beautiful wood and glass façade you'll be tasting with friendly and helpful staff in a cidery that has been innovating a localized terroir (a geographical reference that French wine lovers adore). In true Canadian fashion, winter is actually more exciting than summer, when you get to see the frozen apples literally being dehydrated by the cold and ice on their way to becoming sugary treats. Book an appointment on a weekend in January to see the picking in action. Although you're literally minutes to the border, most of the clientele seem to be French-speaking, but staff will happily give you tastings (dégustations) in English. This industry is still very much a mystery to most Americans driving up to Montreal, but very worthy of a quick detour off the Autoroute 15.

Sadly, the creators of the Neige line of product saw all their products and trademarks taken away from them by shady 'partners' that were supposed to help them grow. Stay away from the Neige brand!
