Super satisfied with their work. I was wanting to redo my bathroom from scratch and was shopping around for quotes. I had seen from their website that they were specialized in marble installation and thought I'd request information. The help I got was tremendous, they ended up inviting me to the showroom and discussing potential materials with me, and I decided to choose extra large porcelain tiles that imitate marble as I quickly came to realize it was more suited to my needs. I worked with one of their designers closely to come to a final draft and from then on the rest of the project was a breeze. Friendly employees, keen attention to detail, and a passion for what they do. It was wonderful seeing the progress as time went on. I now have my dream bathroom and to be honest, having had experience with the contracting world from past renovations, I can confidently say this was by far the most pleasant company I've yet had to dealt with.
Every single project that D.I.M. Stone has completed has been on time and on/below budget. The projects have also been completed just as they were designed with quality work and craftsmanship. In short, D.I.M. Stone is much more than a contractor for the Montreal area. Great work/life/balance. Mon comptoir de quartz a cracqué. Sur mon contrat c'est écrit quej'ai une garantie de 5 ans. Vu que j'etais dans la periode de garantie, je les ai contacté. Voici la reponse: 1) ils ont perdu ma facture 2) le défaut est sur le matériaux donc ce n'est pas leur responsabilité. Ils m'ont dit que je devais enregistrer le comptoir dans les 90 jours après l'achat. Le problème c'est qu'ils n'ont jamais transmis cet information apres l'installation. Conclusion : si vous avez des problèmes apres l'installation du comptoir c'est à votre risque et perils.
