From the beginning, I received top notch service at the Audi St-Laurent dealership, most notably from a friendly & respectable agent/ Sam Attia. From the time he took to explain the car, the lease details and what would & would not be included- he was superb & professional throughout. In addition, even when it came time to finishing the SAAQ paperwork, he took the time to accompany me to finish the necessary paperwork despite the obstacles that were in our way. Sam was me at every step of the way and I didn’t have to deal with or worry about a single thing. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and provided me with various options. He really does advocate for his clients and is willing to provide the full service, always with a friendly attitude. Even after picking up my car, he followed up with me over the phone to finish additional things. Honestly, because of the exceptional customer service from the dealership and Sam especially, I will definitely be taking up a new lease once my current lease is up. Thank you!
What a Stealership! They charged 1 hour diagnostic fee to tell me my headlight is burned because the cover is missing. Asked to speak to the service manager hoping he's more understanding than the advisor, Manager told me that's what it is, and the 1hr charge is fair!! Don't go to Audi St-Laurent unless you want to get robbed!
The presentation was extraordinary, but the reality unacceptable! Pay more attention to what you publish and what you really sell. I lost 2 hours ...
