Although i no longer own any VW group car ( audi), they charged me a lease payment and are still going in circle about my refund. Legal actions will be taken! It’s shame that such a big company is so incompetent.

Horrible Customer Service. Limited options on their phone system, routinely hangs up while you are on hold, promises call backs but does not call back. The worst Customer Service. They obviously do not care about their Customers

Another company badly managed taking advantage of covid to reduce it's service. Due to covid, we get a lot of calls , after a minute on the phone , due to covid call another time . had to bypass trhough my dealer and get an internal phone number of VWfinance to be told , send an email to accounting....

just called audi canada, Representative name is Lisa. just one simple question that my lease if end up and whats the standard refinance interest rate, however she's not telling me nothing and keep saying contact your local dealership, and there's no standard refinance interest rate. this sounds so strange to me, im in mobile industry as well, i understand indiviual dealerships could have more reserve from offing higher interest but when customer can still call brand's head finance office and find out the standard rate by calling. why audi fiance cannot provide the transparency? and Please Lisa, change your tone to the customer! i wish i could give a zero on the review!

Insane wait times on their call center. Called 3 separate times and waited 30 mins on hold without an answer. Kind of wishing it was possible to rate 0 stars in cases like this.
