My pool is salt, they throw in chlorine pucks. Didn't do a backwash, at weekly visit- which is an absolute must! They painted the pool last year: I walk in the water and I have paint ON MY FEET! They opened the pool this year, and left the pile of sludge at the bottom of the pool. I email these issues to them, no answer.
