Be very vigilant with inspection and regularly re-caulk the window seals, especially the rear that must deflect flow off the roof. As we learned, a single, small infiltration can cause major, not readily apparent damage to the wood in the walls and floor. Also, never agree to a trade-in value until the Prolite tech does a thorough damage inspection. We faced a major and unexpected damage surcharge when taking delivery of our new Lounge. This was all in accordance with the contract, but nevertheless a shock and disappointment that could have been avoided, and could have affected our negotiations and final decision. Otherwise, the service has been excellent and attentive, including the unquestioned repair of some decals within the 5-year warranty. We loved our Mini, and our new Lounge looks great, with clearly more attention having been paid to its water tightness in the manufacturing process. We purchased the now-available waterproof storage cover for our Lounge and will be extra vigilant with maintenance of the seals over time. We still love and recommend Prolite trailers.

We experienced great, warm customer service. Small issues with our trailer were quickly resolved by the service department. Great thanks to Sebastian Allaire, the technician who worked on our unit. He answered all our questions and took time to give advice and demos. Very happy.

We have a 2011 Prolite Mini. The front large \Prolite Mini\ decal peeled off within the first year of ownership. We called Roulettes Prolite to complain and were told at the time that the decals were not covered under warranty. We recently heard that they realized there was a problem with the front decals and we were to call with our s/n to have the decal replaced. We were told that our unit was too old so they wouldn't cover it! Ridiculous!!! So what it tells me is that they do not care of the quality of their products and don't care if people notice that their decals peel off. I believe this is poor advertising for people to see their brand trailers with peeling decals. Que Sera! Sera! Very poor customer service.

We bought a one year old Prolite Escapade. The layout is great! Tow ability is fabulous. Our car tows 3000 lbs max. Easily handles this unit. However, the workmanship is really bad. Leaky window, turns out it wasn't sitting properly in the frame. Leaky bathroom vent, not properly installed. Leaky hot water tank, connections not properly done. The company doing repairs said they see a lot of us. We're retired so are gone 6 weeks at a time and attract a lot of attention with the unit. Particularly in the states because there doesn't seem to be anything along this line. This is our 3rd year with this unit. Once again that window is leaking and will go in for repairs when we return. It's really too bad!!
