Very unprofessional, they called 10mins before showing up and were frustrated when we had not moved our cars yet. Visibly frustrated, and made a comment about me speaking English and not French right away. Unbelievably unprofessional. Its like they were looking for an argument. Never renting a tempo from them again.

Unprofessional! Very bad service... I placed my order on 28-Sep-2020 and since then each time i call them to follow-up the answer is always "your tempo is not ready yet and we can't give you exact date when it will be ready...". Yesterday after one month, someone contacted me telling me good & bad news: - Good news the tempo is ready - Bad news i have to pick it up from Laval instead of St-Jérôme I went today to Laval and the receptionist was very cool by answering me "this size is not available! you have to wait till 10-Dec". I immediately cancelled my order and i regret dealing with such company.
Good service and good quality
This store is quick to take your money but there is zero service after that . The sales woman is incredibly helpful the day you purchase your tempo and that's where the service ends with this store .They were so fats to take our money and have us go they didn't even let us know that when our stock was delivered it was important to keep the tarp indoors and warm until install . Instead the poor installers had to do their best to stretch the tarp while it was cold . We purchase a double tempo at the beginning of October and it took almost a month and a half to get the parts delivered . one month after purchase we had to go into the store as no one would answer our calls , they couldn't tell us when it would be delivered and just kept saying to us " the deliveries come from an other location we can't do anything " Our sales woman got involved in the conversation , she was incredibly condescending , kept cutting me off when I spoke . I expressed several times that it was not normal that a month after purchasing something this expensive no one could answer a call or tell us where our stock was . We got our tempo delivered almost a month and a half after we purchased it . The delivery company thought it was ok to drive up on to our grass even thought they had more then enough room on our driveway . We ended up with tire marks on our lawn . .This place is not worth the money you spend on the tempo . Like i said , they are happy to take your money but don;t want to help you afterwards . The only positive experience we had out of all of this was the installer that is an independent worker who came referred by the store . These guys were amazing . They showed up t our place and put our tempo up in the dark after I'm sure they had had a long day and they were so nice to us , they even moved the tempo when we expressed we weren't sure about where they put it .

attention d'acheter chez eux service a la clientèle désastreux irrespectueux grossier et male élever, je parle du girant J'explique quand je suis aller acheter j'ai bien préciser mes dimensions a la fin du compte rien n'est pareil en plus il y'avait des Pieces manquantes je suis retourner pour échanger ou rembourser veut rien comprendre le gérant et d'un orgueilleux j'ai jamais vu ca a fuiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiire croyez moi un peu plus loin il y a son concourant mille fois mieux
