Replaced several doors and windows in the fall. Everything went like clockwork. The product was ordered several months prior: they scheduled the appointment in advance, and delivered as promised. All went well, and we haven't had any issues. This wasn't the first time we've ordered from them. Each time it was a positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to refer this company.

Terrible installation team. Barbarians. We have a very bad experience with them. Avoid at any cost!!! They broke old window while removing it. Second spring after installation I still find sharp glass debris on the lawn. Kids can't play barefoot as before. Broke a statuette. Left marks from insulation foam - have to repaint the wall. Extremely unprofessional. Support is very good and responsive - warranty honoured. Good service apres vente.
