Very agreeable staff and lots of space to store. Though i did receive multiple emails and texts telling me I hadn't paid my fees even though i had. I was told that it was a \known error in the system\, which kind of makes it even more annoying.

Place is very clean and you could have a picnic on the floor. This is something I appreciated a lot because I stored all my stuff including clothes and mattress so I was glad not to be concerned with bugs. Service was great and staff very nice and helpful. Security looks great too. The only thing I was a disappointed with was a 40 increase on monthly rent (that was like 20%) after 6 months and this is why I give it 4 stars. Otherwise, everything was perfect for me.
Amazing service!! Mme Biray Kuscu was very patient with us. She answered all our questions and was very accommodating. I really recommend this place!
Excellent place. I have to come from Saint-Hyacinthe but it was worth it because they are very fast when it comes to offering a space. I thank the patient because I don't speak French only English. Biray is a professional along with the other lady (forget her name sorry) clean, accessible and easy to use. Thank you so much.
