Slowly becoming my favorite place for all things outdoors. I have gotten great gear hear at reasonable prices. I have not been bothered by staff, but have had my questions answered well when needed. Their sales are decent too, though easiest to find in-store rather than online.

Went to get few camping equipments and gears. This place is huge and has lot of options too. Prices are reasonable and has good promotions too. Purchased a hiking shoes for 50% off. Service was really good. I really like this Place and will recommend this store with FIVE stars.
I shop at Sail Cambridge for firearms/ammo and general hunting/fishing gear. Always found the service excellent and the staff are always great to interact with. I've only encountered one staff member in yrs of going there to be ot cut out\ for the job. Guessing the store found that too as he no longer works there. I'd give a 5 star rating if they also did trade in on firearms like 2 other chain outdoor stores do.
Was in today buying an ice fishing rod for my kids. All the ice fishing rods had on sale orange stickers removed and a new full price stickers stuck back on. Kind of disappointed that some rods wouldn't have been on sale or at least cover it up better.
We visited SAIL at the end of February to pick up a few things for a trip to Costa Rica. Specifically, we trekked out to Cambridge from Guelph as we were not able to find a water purification system (in store / in stock) anywhere else near us. Service was friendly and informative and the size of this location means there is a wide range of items. Our visit was a good one.
