Terrible Service, Poor communication and complete lack of follow up. Avoid ordering online like the plague! I placed an order online to pick up at the local branch only to have the item be incorrectly sized, contacting the local branch to do an exchange for a smaller size was told they would have to refund and resell since it was purchased online and they didn't know how to refund an online order. I was directed to main office who instead directed me back to the main branch as I picked up the order there, after stating I was directed to them by the branch they told me they would call the branch and sort it out. Hours later I was called back and told to goto the branch and have them complete the return and purchase the new item (2 were in stock) I called the branch and main office never even spoke to them, I was told to wait and they would call the main office and sort it out... hours later I never heard back from either so went to the local branch only to be told that they couldn't do anything since the person responsible for web orders was on vacation, I stated that I would then simply purchase the new item as it was required urgently only to be told that the stock they had was already pulled to fill another order and it was too late to request a restock for tomorrow so now will have to wait until later in the week to see if stock gets back in, or if they refund the previous purchase (I had to leave the item with them while waiting the person on vacation to get back to process a refund). Since when does an entire system revolve around 1 person's availability? And why would you (a) not pull the stock when it was requested instead of letting it get pulled for another order or (b) immediate order a restock when the stock is pulled to replace for the next day rather then wait for the customer to come in only to tell them it's not in stock and then place a restock order
