We have shopped at the nursery and had landscaping done at our house. The staff is always courteous and professional. The landscaping is top notch! The plants are healthy and well cared for. Would recommend them to anyone. They design and implement. Their knowledge is immense and have amazing ideas!

Purchased trees last year which where supposed to be all the same. Shortly after it was evident one tree was not like the others. Called 4 times and visited Flood's once to speak to someone about the matter. Each time they said someone will come take a look to resolve the matter. They never came. We are willing to purchase a new tree but, will not be from Flood's.

Floods is one of a kind, first we did business with them in the past then moved away. We walked back into their nursery twelve years later and they knew who we were. The service was still 100% and the greeting was as friendly and welcoming. I have recommended them highly over the years and will continue to do so. Final note when I went searching for a memorial tree they had such compassion for me and embraced my heart. I believe they developed a family caring business at the beginning and have never let up on that idea. Thank You to the family and the employees they have brought into the nursery
