This company convinced me and said they will matched the prices of the two pizza ovens Middleby Marshall that I got a quote for from another company(total cost were 35,000 plus taxes)They said you should order from us because we are local and have qualified technician that can help you with the service and help start up the oven when it come in. They lie because now they told me they don't have qualified technician to help me start the ovens I need to find one my self and they are sorry for telling that. When they deliver the pizza ovens to us, both of the ovens have major damage on the out side. Simon, the sale agent came in after we call about the damage take the picture of the damage. They are the one bought the ovens from factory and hired the delivery company to delivery the oven to us and now they said they are not responsible for the damage. One of the oven also came aparts and missing parts that I had to pay to have that parts custom made because you can't start the oven with out this parts and I also have to pay the technician to put the oven back together. I am still waiting for the missing part for more then two months (that support to be here in one week) and have leave Simon and the manager many message but none of them call me back. They said because they sold the oven to me for very good prices so they are can't help me with the damage ovens or anything. This company lie and cheated me because they also charge me 100.00 more then they were quoted me for the oven when I got the bill. How do you feel if you order a brand new car that cost you 35,000.00 and have a big dent in it when it arrived that you have look at it every day and that can't be fix and the company said sorry because we sold to you the car for good prices so it is now your responsibility to fix
