I had a leaking cartridge and some broken parts for my shower set. I sent inquiries along with some pictures to Rubi. Within a few days, I got all the required replacement parts at no cost. It was very good service and I highly recommend this brand.

I needed some replacement cartridges for my Rubi bathroom faucets which were under warranty. They were replaced without any issues. Soligo shipped them to me at no cost and I received within a few days. Lea was great throughout the process and continued to answer a couple of questions that I had after I received the parts.
I reached out to service at Rubi and Maxime P was super helpful in sending me a replacement cartridge for my bathtub as well as a new handle! I can’t express my gratitude for his prompt responses, professionalism and assistance. This took a great load of stress off my neck and I am truly grateful! Thank you Maxime!

Excellent customer service, something woefully lacking nowadays. LÉA ROBITAILLE was so helpful when a magnetic piece to my beautiful Sakai kitchen faucet started to rust within a year of being installed. She sent the replacement parts and answered all of the little questions I had when I had to swap out the parts. It can also tell that the part has been improved so the piece can be more easily replaced if it happens again, so this company clearly strives for making a better product when problems come up. Thank you for standing by your product. Maybe I need to seek out Canadian companies for future purchases...other countries companies can learn a thing or to from you
