We rented this lovely furnished home for 2 years. No need to bring anything other than your clothes! The home is well supplied with all items so you can move in and live comfortably. This end unit is a bonus as it offers a decent back patio. Newly installed remote blinds on the skylights help to darken the bedroom for sleeping. One outdoor parking spot, not ideal in the winter. Lots of parking nearby for visitors. The location is prime! Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the lake, walking trails, grocery etc. Rob is an excellent landlord, responsive and timely with communications. Highly recommend this property for one or two individuals.

My son and I stayed in Maple Crossing location for a 6 month transition period and it could not have been a better fit. It was a perfect location to the lake and downtown area as well as the Mall and grocery stores. The home is spacious, clean and has everything you need and more to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Rob and Jackie were both attentive to whatever we needed and anything that needed attention was taken care of quickly. Our experience was perfect! Thanks so much!
We stayed in the Maple House for three months after selling our long time home and prior to taking possession of our new home. A great location, nicely appointed, clean furnished short term rental. Rob and the townhome owner were both great to deal with and always promptly addressed any of our concerns. The only downside was that we were unable to enjoy all the local shops, restaurants and pubs because of Covid.
There is everything you need in this executive rental. All you require is your suitcase with your clothes and personal effects. Located in the heart of downtown Burlington, it could not be better positioned for access to everything. My wife and I have just completed a four month stay and were very happy there. I highly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a fully furnished apartment in an excellent location.
We just completed our stay in Puerto Vallarta at Condo Ibiza #2 and it was another wonderful visit. The condo is a perfect blend of decor, amenities and location. The decor is relaxed, very clean and comfortable. It feels like being home. (The local notes put together by Rob are fantastic) The pool and the deck are great just to relax and the location is just far enough from the Malecon to get out of the ocean-side festivities. Also, the pictures on the website are really an accurate view of what to expect but when you're there, it's even better!
