Had my computer restored to factory settings. I was also offered to have my computer updated from Windows 8 to Windows 10, and it was explained to me the benefits of Windows 10. My computer was repaired for me the next morning, and working better than before (especially with the update). I really enjoyed the service, and that my computer could be picked up and dropped off at my house, which is awesome!
