Was really happy with the service. Our sofa, chair and area rug were in desperate need of cleaning. It was overdo due to Covid-19 lockdowns and they were very professional and worked hard to make certain they got our furniture and carpet like new again. Thanks so much!

This is what great customer service used to look like but is becoming more and more rare these days. I dealt with Jean, half of the owner team, on the phone. She was very prompt in answering my calls and answered every question very honestly. The on site team consisted of Dan, the other owner and Jake who worked alongside. Their task was NOT an easy one. My elderly mother's furniture and stair carpets had been sadly neglected for some time and I was a little nervous of the outcome. I can honestly say that I was overjoyed and somewhat incredulous at the results even though I was there the whole time to see these 2 men work so very very hard and I actually witnessed the dirt being lifted. I now have their info in my phone contacts because I will not use any other service and because if a friend asks for my input I will pass on their information. If you want a fly by night company that does a \cat lick\ clean then Jean and Dan's Roto Clean is not for you. If however you want an indepth clean that makes you proud to show off your sofas and carpets these are the only ones to go with. Keep up the great work
