Once they have your money you then become dirt. Had trouble with our pool steps cracking after upgrading to the more expensive ones...no help. He winter cover fell apart and even though it showed we had warranty .....well... the fine print makes it so you can't get it replaced. Offered to five a discount to buy a new one. If you like throwing your money away go see Emmerson. Oh and don't wait for a phone call back..you will have to call over and over. Run people run.

Courteous staff, friendly pool maintenance. They took a neglected pool and helped me to make it shimmer again. When I need supplied, there prices were competitive some more than Amazon. I would defiantly recommend this company for anyone with any kind of pool.
