Such a unique experience. You feel like you're back in time in the classic, all original coaches from the early 1900's. You trundle along at 10-12 Mph, from Winnipeg to Grosse Isle, and then enjoy great heritage locations when you reach your destination. The porters are also very friendly and they offer different themes for the various days. We went on the clown theme day.

A truly fabulous experience that the whole family will love. I'm a train nerd so my reasons for loving the Prairie Dog will likely differ from most people. Suffice it to say that every Manitoban needs to ride at least once, and for visitors to Winnipeg it needs to be on the list of things to do if you have the time. The locomotives change so make sure that if it's your first, or only ride, that you select a steam run. The diesel is great also but the steam is the authentic experience.

Great family fun in a train from the 1900's! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful the entire ride. They try to make kids smile and have a great time. We went on the last ride of the season on Oct 29th. It was a Halloween theme and the entire train was decorated and they even wore costumes. Highly recommend it!

I suppose it might be my upbringing but some smells will always remind me of home as long as it's not too too much of it not all at once it's probably a benefit to being with the opcw and atomic energy limited and that's good training I possible security course at the topic energy limited thanks to a referral as usual by Alvin Rickert hardest working man I know in my proximity all of a sudden I'm thinking of a beer Rick is better than my opinion but I guess that's why I still recommend Shannon's Irish pub is a good place to go to so it's the only place around here that good place to go on a Tuesday and I can't remember I think that's when karaoke is at Shannon's Irish pub then there's always King's Head tonight's pub and well I think I'll probably took a picture of my membership card way back when astronaut I love this province means more to me than anything I signed a piece of cord with the city municipality saying I wouldn't sue them so if you want to go through anything I don't have a van help moment and figure out paperwork works for us clearance checks you know I always say that it's cheating if a person is using Photoshop I think there's a reason why people take away paraphernalia I'm talking about parents so maybe include parent magazine instead of GQ laying around all the time love you lots someone who once downloaded majestic escorts as a guideline I hear the Royal Winnipeg ballet is good so is the concert hall nothing new to the people in this environment I suppose advertising with flyers should be an empire record special of the day take care of everyone love you lots thanks for caring the way you do with all you do as usual no one else goes to work there's nothing quite like a strong cup of coffee that's for sure I'll probably come back and do proper capitalization and things of this some of these words as for now I'm suffering from a throbbin noggin lots of laughs here's to the good old days tip one back... over and out . . . . .

We just completed an evening trip on the Prairie Dog Central. The trip included a "robbery" by armed horsemen and some "turncoat sheriffs" and a meal with entertainment at the Grosse Isle Hall. I admire the dedication of the people that keep this living history available for all to enjoy. The engine and all the coaches are over 100 years old and kept in excellent shape.
