Asked Nicole to hold a product for me, as they only had 2 left and was leaving that moment to come get it! Go there and someone else gave it to another customer! She was so smart and left it in the open instead of keeping it out of sight! Great communication between employees. Totally unreliable employees. 1 hr drive time wasted....POMME in port coquitlam would never let this happen....now they are my new and only health food and supplement store...a successful business is all about communication..bye bye roots!!

I love this heath food store. It has everything you can imagine, from organic snacks and spices, to homeopathic remedies, to natural shampoos and soaps. When you walk in there’s an invigorating aroma which is so warm and welcoming. They also have a customer appreciation program which gives great discounts.

Wonderful store the staff are great also everyone takes proper precautions with COVID there’s been a few reviews of people saying they don’t wear masks I go there pretty well every day and staff are always wearing masks people are to hand sanitize at the door and everything

Amazing service and lots of good products! I was suggested to by this shampoo bar (SMC Holistics- local maple ridge product) with the trouble I have with my hair, and I've been using it for a month still working amazing! Rate this local product 10/10! Can't wait to buy more, thank to the customer service there

I always go there for advice on what supplements to use for certain condition. Their staff seems to be very knowledgeable, polite and always willing to help. And they also offer free caps of different herbals teas to try!!!
