Terrible customer service!!! I don't usually leave a bad review but this time I felt I need to. I bought a washer and dryer and the person in charged of appliances did not know anything about it. The whole process took more than an hour (just making the order) They told me they were going to send me an email with the delivery date and they never did. Suddenly they changed my delivery date 1 month after my original date. I asked for a full refund and went to Home Depot and everything went smoothly. Never again I'm going to this store.

Rona's a good store. But like most places make sure you know the sale prices or you will probably get charged the regular price. Not programed into the register. Only negative!
