This is not the hardware store you want but the hardware store you need. I feel spoiled with the service I get from everyone at this location. From the customer facing employees all the way through their delivery crew. Courteous, very helpful, extremely polite. This should be the store Rona models their entire service model around.

Went there looking for flooring. The sales lady was very helpful and quite knowledgable.
Patrick was amazingly helpful to me in figuring out a fix for a repair issue I had. He had great ideas and found something that would work perfectly, and the price of the product was minimal.
Great shopping experience and customer service at Ronas and Hi Berry Farms. We also visited the market building across from Ronas, picked up a couple Christmas gifts and will be back for more
