Pack yourself with patience because they have a NASTY bossy cashier and non well trained staff. I came with 4 questions regarding lighting, plastic film , hinges and honestly I find more answers online than anywhere else there. Staff have barely knowledge and they always have the answer “if it’s not working, then you can bring it back”. Dear RONA... It’s not about money back sometimes, it’s about timing, precision, knowledge about the products you sell, otherwise I can ask to any average joe on the street and get the same answer. I left the store and I find the bulbs I was looking for in Amazon . Plus ....You create an opposite effect by avoiding people to have a great customer experience, because your cashier told me I need to grab a shopping cart to buy just a single package of hinges that weighs less than 100 grams, after I told about the weight of the hinges she answered me with “what” and “whatever” . I never have this experience in other RONA’s despite that I love the store.

Well This place requires a major overhaul Even in Management Bought the Vanity below from them... took it home. It was shaky, 2nd drawer wouldn't close because of P Trap... took it back CSR what's wrong with it Didn't fit When did you buy it Yesterday Ok we need a Manager!!! A Manager !!! For what!!! It's a return Manager asked me to take it to the Yard... not letting me know what to do or if they should give me something and the people at the Yard... slow as f..k in responding to you... like I was holding the sink and they are just staring at me in amazement Don't think I'm ever going back!!!
Very very very bad customer service. I am so happy they are closing. I don't feel sorry for those who they are loosing their jobs. They deserve to loose their jobs as they are the reason for this store to close.
The store is closing. It's a shame. Great little store. It seems small but they had quite a selection.
Always a tremendous help acquiring the hard to find tooling and supplies. I’m a tradesman from the States and these fine folks have NEVER let me down. Knowledgeable and very friendly. Thank you!
Every time I have visited this store, the service has been fantastic. Plus the appliance department upstairs is great and there are unique items up there too. Overall, I really like shopping there so I go there before I go to Lowe's or Home Depot. I recently purchased 3 new toilets and a vanity there and they were all perfect for what I needed.
I would recommend the Oshawa Rona to all my friends and family. The staff go above and beyond to and leave you overally satisfied. Great recommendations from staff. The staff are knowledgeable on the products which is usually rare compared to other locations. Well done!
Bought and Installed a gazebo. Karen in installations was fantastic from beginning to the end. Great service. Installation guys were thorough and answered my questions. Installation is a bit more pricey than normal contractors but they will guarantee the work and they were experienced on this type of project. Will go back.
