Gonna give 5 stars because the young kid that helped me out took the time to make sure my lumber was not warped and the speed at which my \order ready\ email was sent was very quick. I will say your curbside pick up speed could be improved tremendously, I was the only vehicle in the parking lot and from the time a called and the time someone came out to my car was 16 minutes. It's not a huge issue I guess just seems worth noting that I did 2 other curbside orders at other places that afternoon and those places were very efficient.

Employees go all out to help you find what you're looking for. Even helped to select straight and not warped fence boards. I drive 40 minutes to buy here.

Ordered online, got the email to go pick up so I drove over. Parked in a pickup spot and tried calling the number provided for 5-10 minutes before an actual person answered the phone. Maybe they should get a designated line for this or hire more workers to find her.
