Attended the store today to get a new phone and line on my account for my bf. Was immediately greeted rudely and things went downhill from there. The customer service agent was rude throughout the interaction and offered nothing useful in terms of knowledge of phone plans, deals, or phones. I came home and ordered a phone over the telephone after speaking with someone who seemed to actually care about her job! I would discourage anyone from attending this Rogers location... A total waste of my time and risk during a pandemic. Based on my experience and other reviews I've read about this particular location, I would suggest the place be shut down... If not for my positive phone experience, I'd be taking my internet and 3 phone lines to Bell.

Was there at 5:15pm yesterday, Jan 5th. The three employees in the front were very very rude, obviously weren't interested in helping me replace my broken phone. I swear they are trying to make this store location lose money. I've never seen this kind of attitude from staff before in any line of business.
