Very rude service, pushy and not very helpful at all. Call customer service you will have better luck dealing with your issues. All we needed was a simple modern swap. Been her for almost an hour and a half and still waiting.

Waited for two hours past the store opening as no employee showed up. 30 mins after “opening” the owner told us someone was on their way. Still no one 2 hi urs and 9 mins later. Bell store is open and willing to give discounts to make up for Rogers poor management.

Horrible service ! I took my 84 year old mother into to get a new phone activated. They told me we had to phone Rogers to do that. When we phoned, the Rogers agent assured me the only way to activate a new sim card on a new phone is through a Rogers Store/dealer with Photo Id. So both of the employees either lied, or are ignorant to basic service questions. It was 5:30 on a Saturday, so obviously they didn't want to help an elderly person, because it would interfere with leaving early.
