I have been dealing with this Rogers for years! The manager (Bethany) has really turned this store around and is amazing to deal with!! She is so much better than the old manager.

I had the best customer service when I was in! The representative was extremely knowledgeable when it came to devices in the store as well as the current rogers promotions and policies! The worker was very professional and even helped me with my new phone with any questions I had about how to work it!! Thank you so much for helping me get a phone that suited my daily needs and I look forward to go back to do business and i will tell all my friends with what great service I had!!

They make you rent their short life hardware yet hardly have stock on it when it needs to be exchanged or when upgrading. Customer for nearly a decade at current location and they still wont let me know I'm paying 30 more than a plan with twice my speed when it comes out. Roger's is a joke.

Wonderful staff, The manager is so helpful! 10\\10 recommend going there to get your phone and cable there they helped me save money vs what i was paying at bell!

Not a full service location. Also, had a friend that apparently had to phone the manager as they’re not accommodating. If you don’t allow them to keep your credit card numbers on file , you can’t pay (ie: no swiping or tapping of your cards), and they also require additional personal information if you want to pay a bill (ie: they refused to accept “just a phone number”) - which other Rogers stores have no problem with.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Both Bethany (store manager) and Jaxon were extremely helpful getting me into a new phone. They were very accommodating and even stayed past close to ensure that my phone was set up properly and without hiccups. They made me feel welcome and I will definitely be dealing with this store in the future as I am transitioning most of my products over to rogers from bell and virgin. They definitely sealed the deal that made me want to make the switch. Thanks again Bethany and Jaxon!

Staff were unkind and as soon as I walked through the doors made me feel like I was wasting their time when all I wanted was to pick up the iphone I reserved. I moved here in a military move and because I did not have “Ontario ID” they refused to help me purchase a phone with no options presented as it was store policy. BC Drivers License/ DND ID not accepted. They simply said call Rogers Customer Service and tell them we terminated the sale. Outrageous the way they treat people and that too military personnel who serve the country and move their lives in service of the CAF. Very poor customer service.

I wish I could give a 0. Worst location in the city all they care about is making commission and pushing for unneeded products! Upselling is one thing but utter disrespect for the word no is another. Representatives looked bothered I even walked into their establishment. Can’t wait to switch my services to any other carrier!
