I always use to get the basil chicken fried rice but for last few months I feel like the quality has gone down. I ordered my favourite chicken fried rice and I like it spicy but this time I can ONLY taste the spicy flavour. It literally felt like I was eating rice with just chilly sauce. I love spicy flavour food but I also like the other flavours in the fried rice too.

I ordered Pad thai, they gave me some wierd chinese style noddle :(
Looked on the website at the menu and had a friend order the Lemongrass Chicken bowl. Showed vermicelli noodles, red peppers, bean sprouts and chicken. Well what I got from the Cross Iron Mall location was 99% lettuce and 1% chicken and sauce. No noodles and no other veggies. Really. This was not worth at all what I paid for it. I also got a shrimp fresh spring rolI. Again, full of lettuce, huge bean sprouts and some vermicelli noodles and three shrimp. It was huge due to all the lettuce that was in the roll. I will never order from this location or any other location again.
Great fast food Thai. I actually like their yellow curry more than a lot of sit down thai restaurants. Their thai soup is loaded with veggies and a nice chicken broth. Kids love the pad see ew but can be a bit oily for my taste. All noodles are rice.
Amazing place for quick bite. Delicious food specially item # 2 thai noodle soup and I believe #5 shrimps fried rice. Free parking and handicap parking handicap access. Public essheoom due to located in Mall. Dine in one take out. Quick service and good for visitors or travellers. Consistently good food. This location served lemons and not lines. K do the line lemon and prefer lime.
Food is too salty and tasty when I specifically asked for less sauce. Probably one of the worst Thai Express I've been to. Cashier only gives you one napkin unless you ask for more, and when you do, they don't look so happy about it at all.
They were not busy at all. Ordered the general thai chicken (one of my favorites... usually). The cook threw everything together in the pan (instead of their standard practice of heating the veggies in boiling water and cooking the chicken in the pan before mixing it together) for quite literally 10 seconds. I took my first bite and the chicken was cold. Not cooled. Cold like it just came out of the fridge. I asked for a refund and they couldn't figure out how to refund my card so they gave me cash... in the middle of a pandemic. They dont even accept cash but had to refund me in cash. Get your heads out of your rear ends.
It was my first time eating at Thai express so i ordered spicy pad thai with beef , omg i loved it and I'm still craving for it
