Was able to call and speak to an informed expert ASAP who went above and beyond to answer my question. Thoroughly impressed with the customer service.

I spent a day with the team at Eagle Lake learning about their business and was very impressed by the professionalism of the facilities and staff.

Awesome staff and great products. I got some of their hybrid feskew grass seed to deal with some shady trouble spots on my lawn and it worked like a charm. My grass has never looked better. They really know their stuff!

Terrible sod quality this spring and just as bad service. We ordered sod from two suppliers. That which came from Eagle Lake was dry, full of thatch and the thickness varied between rolls significantly. When we called about it, no one would give us a straight answer as to when it was actually cut. It's obvious that it was cut at least a day, but likely more before we received it. The sod from the other company came in beautifully. The sod from Eagle Lake is patchy, full of thatch and taking a long time to green up. It's also taking a lot of work on my part to keep it alive. The only answer I could get from them about it was to talk to my landscaper. In the end, they offered me a bag of fertilizer. Gee thanks. Get your sod elsehwere
