I've had a terrible experience with this dealership. It started with no return calls. That should have been my warning. After finally getting through i went and looked. Prior to purchasing i asked if it was a RENTAL vehicle. The answer was it was used as a shuttle. I settled on a dodge vehicle. I was confident about it until delivery day. The vehicle had a ton of scratches. Some were major ones. Upon going through the manuals. It turns out the vehicle was a RENTAL CAR. They lied straight to me regarding this issue!!! The payout wasn't completely done until Tuesday. Which resulted in a payment coming out for my old vehicle. I caught this and notified them asap. I'm STILL awaiting on a refund of that payment from OCTOBER 22. GM financial owes me the money but this dealership hasn't taken responsibility to get it back within a reasonable amount of time. I was promised within a week at most (early November) but still waiting! Its now November 28, 2020 I would highly advise not Purchasing or servicing at this dealership. I will not be a repeat buyer at this dealership myself.

phd for an employee to get his truck fixed last week and the lady on the ph demanded i prove i was not stealing his truck. Demanded his ownership, it was bizzare I explained who i was and she said people steal vehicles all the time ( i didnt know people steal vehicles to fix them for people,lol).. I went to guelph, wellington motors, the exact opposite. Friendly , helpful, recommended not to fix the truck so we bought a very good used one. Took 25 minutes in and out, all signed up. Great experiance. Bought a dodge ram 3500 from them as well now, brand new and same experiance. Worth the drive to guelph
