Friendly and easy to book. Booking appointment from FB page was a breeze and got response very quickly. My 15 yr. old schnoodle loves going there and is always so happy to be there. If it's good enough for that old dog it's good enough for me.
She does quality work and cares alot about animals. She even sent Christmas pictures of our dog to us. She has a pretty Christmas theme backdrop for Christmas pictures. Very professional.

Melissa looked after my timid, terrified standard poodle for several years once we found her. He had had terrifying experiences before her, and needed to be sedated initially even with her. Over the years he came to really like her. She was the only person who could touch him. We lost him last winter, but have since gotten a new fur baby that we have already had to her for a trim. She is amazing, and the animals adore her.
Melissa went above and beyond to look after our cat, Diego. She was very professional and made sure there was nothing we needed, especially amidst unpredictability and changes in our situation. I was very comfortable leaving my cat in her excellent care and would definitely not hesitate to go there again.
How did I not know about this place? Had a great experience, fast and professional. Will not go anywhere else again.
Fantastic service for boarding cats. Melissa and her team have our cats in the cattery at the moment while we move, and they are well cared for, happy and healthy. Will definitely recommend and go back.
