Great staff. They let you be and if you need anything they are fast to accommodate. Close to all amenities you need. I really enjoy my time here.

THIS PLACE IS BAD! When I say bad I mean... unlivable. Im talking cob webs, open pee bottles hidden behind the couch, food in the couch, sheets werent clean. Floor hadnt been washed, smoke detector ripped off the wall, and the wall hadn't looked they had been washed for 20 years or more. So they Charged 80 a night for this place... and then when I came back to complain in the early morning, about the accommodation they refused to issue me a refund. Unless u want to feel dirty and shame and being ripped off all at the same time, don't go here.
Not a bad little place. Having a/c in the room was amazing. Had ourown little kitchenette. You do have to watch the mini fridges. If you put a 2 litre of pop in the bottom door tray the fridge doesn't shut, Eben if you think it is

Great location in Courtney but very dirty hotel
Wanted to book a week and couple extra nights. Owner wouldn't pro rate as the other hotels would. She doesn't care about the actual people or quality of customer service, only the she can get. Very rude and not somewhere I'd risk staying to save money. She sounds like someone who'd make your stay unpleasant by complaining about everything you did yet not care about your actual comfort in your stay. I'll pay the extra to stay somewhere else. Very bad business etiquette.

Check in was nice and easy. A signature here and there and hers your key. The room was nicely prepared. Not the Ritz-Carlton, but absolutely not a bug infested dive. All in all, I would say this was the best motel that I have stayed in. I would definitely recommend it you where passing through.
