Extremely knowledgeable, barely had to get the words out and they'd grabbed what I wanted. Ran out of a certain size e-juice so upgraded me at no charge. Very speedy service. Highly recommend.

This place is great. Dealt with Frank. Great advice - Great Device, and gave me a deal. Won’t go anywhere else for my juice or any other supplies.
My favourite e-juice is also made by RVC, \Talk Nerdy To Me\ and has been my go to flavour for two years now. Still have not touched a cigarette since walking into this place.
Absolutely love this store the moment I walked in and spoke to the staff. I'm here in Edmonton for only 2 weeks for a holiday and on the 2nd day in I visited this store and the staff here are incredibly friendly and really knowledgeable with the products they stock and they have a great selection of well known e-liquids and hardware also these guys have excellent customer service. Correct me if I'm wrong with the staff name but I think Daniel which I need to thank there at the store, he was an amazing help as he put together the squonking kit for me which was the boxer mod and fully explained to me how to put everything together and made sure everything was running smoothly for me. Would definitely highly recommend this store to everyone out there and I will definitely be going back to you guys during my 2 week stay here in Edmonton.
