I got married here last September (2020) and I had a great experience! The owner is very kind and professional. She helped us through all the process of planning and was helpful until the very end of our wedding day. She was fast to help us accommodate the wedding to the Covid restricitons while still making sure we could do the most out of the situation. If you want an intimate wedding this is truly a perfect location!

We went end of March for high tea. It was such a lovely experience. We practically had the place all to ourselves. We were a group of 10 people. I had reserved days in advance and the owner was very quick to respond and accommodate our request. Very lovely owner and her staff are so friendly, accommodating and patient. The place has a lot of old charm with a great touch of elegance. The tea and food were delicious, but definitely you should not be too hungry when you come here as it is meant to be an in between meal affair/snack. They offer savory and sweet little hors d'oeuvres with tea. They had a good selection of tea. Their scones were served hot, yum. They had lemon poopy seed an coconut scones. Both were delicious. We will book again for May to see their river views when spring is in full bloom. The place is used for special events like weddings, anniversaries and such. I can imagine it being a great spot for such occasions.
Amazing place!! The ambiance, the decor, the music. Lovely service too. Friendly and welcoming staff and owner. I’ve been there three times for High Tea. The selection of food is great, and it’s delicious. You can choose yourself which antique tea cup you want to use for your tea. Last time, I sat on the terrasse with a view on the river. I’ve been there for a few parties as well. It is a unique place that creates a unique experience!!
Lovely place but disappointed in how our contract was handled in the months leading up to our event (in the end we personally opted out due to COVID19, and not for reasons related to the venue).
We had our engagement party at Le Café de l'horloge and it was everything we hoped for,. Excellent food and they even made us our own signature drink! Thanks again. Highly recommended.
