When dealing with the loss of our eldest cat on a Sunday we were very pleased to be able to reach someone at Eternal Companions. We had read the great reviews and were not disappointed. I first called and had the opportunity to leave a message but I did not but then I called back shortly thereafter and someone answered. The woman let us know that someone would meet us there. They came in when the business was closed and met us during a very emotional and difficult time. The location, albeit a bit tricky to find the first time, is lovely and comforting and the resident cat is charming. We could not have found a better place to bring our feline family member and I would recommend it to anyone.
Losing my beloved Snoopy & Casey has been an exceptionally difficult time! Dealing with Eternal Companions has been a godsend! The understanding & compassion I received, I hold in the highest regards! Catherine & her team truly care & they went beyond the call of duty to ensure I received all the support & information required during this emotional transition. They exercised dignity for my cherished family members & treated me with the utmost integrity! I am extremely grateful that this establishment exists & I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone that experiences the loss of their beloved pets. I cannot say enough on how Catherine and her team of this establishment are compassionate, empathetic, understanding and caring. I wish I would have known of this company when we had to put my beautiful Chase to sleep. I dealth with Catherine and her team only after Chase's passing, I found this company on-line and viewed the wonderful choice of items they offer. I then contacted them in order to purchase a pendant, a frame with Chase's paw print and the beautiful throw. Catherine and her team were warm and understanding and treated both my husband and myself with such care. I dealt with them over the phone and in person, and each time I felt like I was heard, cared for and that even though they did not know Chase any only dealt with him after his passing, they treated me with such respect and care. I have to say I really felt the love and the love they have for all our animal companions. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have two beautiful felines at home and will in the very very future, deal with Catherine and her team when that time comes (this company and only this company). They are trully amazing.
