This was an incredible service! The level of professionalism, communication, efficiency and creativity were well beyond my expectations. I am so grateful that my pup was lucky enough to get a spot in one of their 'Noah's Arc' chartered flights during COVID, and just cannot thank Worldwide Animal Travel enough for making it possible for her to be reunited with us during such a crazy time. I hope to never have to move internationally again but if I did I would not look to any other pet relocation company. I cannot recommend them enough. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!!

Moving from Canada to Australia can be complex at the best of times, but doing it during a global pandemic makes it exponentially more difficult. Having to travel here without Budsie was tough, but thanks in large part to the efforts of WAT we finally have her with us here down under. Their help and advise in navigating the complexities of the import process was critical in making her journey possible. While WAT may have been subject matter experts in pet transport before, they have stepped up and taken this to the next level in arranging to have our pet and dozens of others reunited under unprecedented circumstances. Our thanks to everyone involved.

With the global pandemic at the forefront of our minds, our girl Nisa had a 1 year long vet preparation with Titer tests, blood tests, vaccine updates in order to travel home safely from Vancouver to Melbourne, Australia. Worldwide Animal Travel was recommended by our vet, Yaletown Pet Hospital and we received amazing service! Although we had 3 different travel consultants for Nisa - I need to shoutout Pascal Leutwyler, Dominyc Taylor-Pollitt, Cailean Meredith, Jacqueline and the ground staff at Miller Street head office who provided care and support for all the travel documentation for Nisa's trip. As we narrowed toward the flight date, we were advised that communication would be delayed due to the sheer volume of pet-clients travelling but was also attended to within the same week which was awesome. On the flight day, Jacqueline and the ground staff at Miller Street, supported Nisa and her anxious humans and once the flight took off we were contacted by the Managing Director Bruno Mansueto with a personalized email that Nisa had successfully taken off and was on her way to Melbourne. The email from Bruno really completed the overall service and made us feel comforted that our girl was ok. A huge THANK YOU to the team at WAT and keep up the excellent work and service in reunited families together!

I came to WWAT just before the begging of the pandemic looking to ship my dog home to Australia, we had planned on having him over by March 2021. And behold here we are, March 2021, my dog now happily on aussie soil. Without their knowledge, planning and insane coordination there's not a chance in heck I would have been able to navigate getting him into Australia. I was dealt with on a professional level, even when complication arose, the situation was worked through to make it all happen. The car for the animals and attentiveness was nothing but highly appropriate. I would recommend their services to anyone relocating their pets, without a second thought. Thankyou so much for everything!

We cannot thank Worldwide Animal Travel enough for their dedication to bringing our Pug home. In the midst of the COVID-19 chaos with Australia largely closing its borders to international flights, WWAT’s hard work, organizing a charter flight prioritising brachycephalic pets, was literally the deciding factor in whether or not our family would be able to make it home. From the initial quote, through all the requisite vet visits, all the way through to our furry kid's check in to board the plane, we were guided by patient, caring and knowledgeable consultants whose services represented exceptional care and value for money. Their help in navigating the labyrinthine Australian government export requirements was second to none. We would never trust anyone else!
