Our sales lady spoke broken English, but we still LOVED HER. She took a while to understand, but was very sincere and took time to try and explain everything. Prices were expensive (and they have a lot of limitations when it comes to price matching!) Customer Service 4, Prices 3.

Came here with my daughter to help her pick out a baby carrier for her. Tracy there was really kind and really patient with all our questions. We didn't just buy a baby carrier for my daughter but also for my daughter-in-law because of how Tracy dealt with us. We will definitely visit again.
