Very very very bad store very very bad customer service , the worst service I've ever had. I was at the store today The young guy told me his name is Dennis and he is the store manager but he does not know anything at all and he has a horrible attitude. I have been using Virgin Mobile for over 10yrs, that is how they treat their loyalty customers.
Nice customer service, the gentleman who helped me is very knowledgeable and patience, he explained the details of the promotion and the services that Virgin mobile provided.
