This is the worst Mover ever you can use, first of all they low balled me with the price so i go with them then they charged me more than 50% of the original price . On top of that they are so unprofessional on different level : - the mover who picked up my good did not use any moving blanket and did not care about my goods - the movers who delivered my goods didn't even bother to wait for me to validate my things and left the building without even care about my signature for delivery - their claim department does not care about clients and did not reply on emails I had a terrible experience and i do not recommend this service even to my enemies. STAY AWAY FROM THOSE NONPROFESSIONAL COMPANY

Absolute trash. I wish I looked at the reviews before I spent over 3400 on moving my household items and my vehicle across the country. Adam the sales rep was horrible. I was constantly following up on a quote as well as random questions with zero replies until I called him directly. First red flag. I sent the payment for everything right away, no questions asked. Everything was delivered within 3 weeks. They ended up losing an item that was clearly written on my inventory sheet. I was told to wait 10-14 business days for an update on my missing item claim. I followed up after 20. Awful customer service. I waited on hold for 15 mins for a manager named Ben when all of a sudden the call ended. When I called back, my phone was screened about 10 times going to voicemail. But dont worry, they picked up when I used my partners phone right after to tell me that the manager Ben wasn't even in the office yet. Pathetic. I moved from Windsor, ON to Calgary, AB with this company and they're only getting 1 star for the moving guys who came from Toronto and the flat deck truck driver. They were all very friendly, answered all my questions and super polite. I was low balled entirely with Vega. My advice? Go with the higher priced moving company. It's worth it.

I just got my stuff delivered. Just want to say thank you to the wonderful team thanks Adam for the awesome service , I got my stuff in 2 weeks from edmonton to toronto and the price was really reasonable.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. They advised me that my belongings would take 2 weeks to arrive. And I moved from Burnaby, BC to Calgary. When the movers collected my things, they started asking me for a tip saying \make sure you give us a good tip!\ It's hard work, so I went ahead and gave the 3 gentleman 20 each. What a mistake that turned out to be........ My things didn't show up until 2 days ago! It's been 4 weeks! I had to constantly call-in and ask where my things were. Whenever they would decide to answer the phone, all they could ever tell me was that my order is currently in transit. I asked to speak with their Manager named John, and he refused to take my call. So instead, they offer me 100 in compensation, after they DOUBLED the price of what they originally quoted me! What a joke! I'm putting this review on here because I don't want anyone else to have to go through the same thing. This company initially reached out to me from under a name of \Save On Move\, I definitely didn't save anything!!

Poor customer service. Lady on reception doesn't know how to talk to customer. I didn't had my order number because I was never given one. Anytime I called to asked for my delivery status, they asked me for my name and phone number which was enough but when this lady picked up she kept on asking Order number and i explained her that I dont have one but she started yelling and got rude. So i asked if I could speak someone else who knows what they are doing, she then hung up and didnt pick up my call for 2 hours. I had my medication my boxes and all I wanted to know was when will they deliver it so I could go out and buy if they are not dropping it anytine soon. Anyways employees like this should get more training, especially who are facing customers on phone or face to face. No wonder they are low rated.
