Great place for those with way too much stuff... rates are reasonable, staff is courteous and helpful, and always clean. Though if you don't have a Sea Can, I believe the hours may be limiting for some. But having outside access it isn't a problem for me... one of the best storage facilities I've ever used.

The best price that I could find around - it is just north of Richmond but if you're on foot (I can't imagine many people are though) you can take the Canada line skytrain to Marine station and hop the 100 bus to the Knight Bridge. I just moved here and needed something for this first month for my paragliding/climbing gear as there is a 2 bag policy at most hostels and this facility was wonderful. Thank you for the superb service, Mike! Will recommend in the future :)
This is a really good storage center. And let me tell you, I've been in storage units across canada and in france... I know a pleasant and affordable storage place when I see one. Don and Carly are very fríendly, communicate efficiently and fast. They honestly want you to have a good storage experience. I'm sure money is a factor for them but it does t seem to be the most important thing. Good people good storage.
I'm sure I'll be back, if I ever get evicted, go through another break up, buy too many things I don't need or run out of storage space. Very friendly management and if you get the after hours fob you can pretty much come and go as you please.
Mike is a nice fellow. The place is fairly convenient and spacious for the price, but their closing time do not consider people that work in a 9 to 5 job.. they close at 5pm.. and Sunday is off. So keep it in mind when you make your choice.
